Some specific activities will help with the management of some traits just like doing those activities with the sim would (Gym for Active Sims, shopping for Materialistic, Walk for Outdoor loving. These activities are meant to help with management and for all those times you don't feel like going through a loading screen. I was using another mod for this, but no one can make myself happy like myself.
